Independent Living Community
Come Live with Us!
Our Independent Living program is designed to serve, house, and support young adults (ages 18-23) transitioning out of foster care and into adulthood. Without an adequate support system, these young adults are at a higher risk of homelessness, instability, and criminal justice involvement. By providing safe housing, along with wraparound services such as counseling, success coaching, life skills training, and access to healthcare, our program not only transforms the lives of its residents, but also contributes to building a stronger, more compassionate community for all.

Our EMPOWER program is offered to males and females with moderate to severe mental health needs and/or disabilities. These residents may exhibit moderate to high-risk behaviors and may require stabilization upon admission.
Elevate Program

Our ELEVATE program is offered to males and females with DJJ/Probation requirements. Residents may have moderate mental health needs and display moderate risk behaviors.
Excel Program

Our EXCEL program is offered to males and females who are successful in independently managing their own needs. Concentrated focus in transition to PESS, Full time school and/or work.
